Good candidates are repeated, observable tasks with a clear beginning and a useful finish: enquiry intake, quote follow-up, booking reminders, document routing, CRM updates, report preparation, status notifications, inbox triage, and recurring internal handoffs. We look at the task and its exceptions before recommending a tool, because the same label can hide very different risk in two businesses.

Do we need Neural OS to hire you for custom automation?02

No. This is a standalone studio service for a defined workflow or set of workflows, built and handed over on its own. Neural OS is the product path when the business wants a connected machine with the Business Brain at the center and multiple Engines growing around it. The two can work together, but neither is a disguised requirement for the other.

Will AI automation replace our staff?03

The aim is to remove repeated admin and prevent routine handoffs from being dropped, not to pretend software carries human judgment. We identify which steps can be safely repeated, which need approval, and which should stay with a person. If the value of the task is the relationship, discretion, or exception handling, we design the automation around that human work rather than through it.

What does custom AI automation cost?05

Cost depends on the number of systems, the quality of the existing process, the decisions and exceptions involved, the access available, and the amount of testing and handoff the workflow needs. We map those variables and provide a written scope and price before building. A reliable single handoff and a multi-system operating workflow are different jobs and should not be sold as the same package.

Will we own the automation when it is finished?06

The agreement identifies the workflows, approved custom code, documentation, and account ownership that transfer to the business. Third-party platforms, model usage, hosting, and licensed services remain disclosed dependencies rather than being described as ours to transfer. Optional support can continue after handoff; access to the system does not depend on keeping it.
