Senior people, not juniors
The person who scopes your work is the person who builds it. No junior hand-off, no learning on your dime.
You built the business. The intelligence that runs it should answer to you — and the people who install it should be senior enough to keep it that way.
Senior on every detail. Cobourg base, Peterborough roots.
Two senior founders, no middle layer: the build is done by a specialist with 25+ years of practical agency craft — including work run behind the scenes for Fortune-500 brands — and your point of contact is a co-founder who guides you through the AI in plain terms. We keep the overhead near zero and call in specialists from a curated network of expert developers when a project needs them. Boutique attention, agency range.

Senior people, direct access, no overhead tax.
The person who scopes your work is the person who builds it. No junior hand-off, no learning on your dime.
You talk to the person who owns the outcome — no account-manager telephone game in between.
You pay for the work, not the office. Boutique by design, so the budget goes into the build.
We scale the team to the project, not the other way around — a curated expert network when the work calls for it.
Organize first, install the machine, stay in control.
So we organize first, install a machine that answers to you, and show you everything through a control panel — then you grant autonomy at your own pace. We name the stakes once: the technology is genuinely new. Then we remove the worry. The work gets done in the background; you approve what matters; nothing happens without your say-so.

These are recent builds. Across twenty-five years — freelance, on contract, and inside agencies like MacLaren, Taxi, Ogilvy, Modem Media, and Treefrog — that work has also included websites and digital campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dell, the NHL, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors, MLB, Kraft, Post, T-Mobile, Air Wick, and the CBC's Winter Olympics coverage. Twenty-five years of craft, now pointed at Northumberland.

We founded Loaded Concept in 2021.
We started as a web and design studio, and we've relaunched as a senior AI studio for local businesses across Northumberland County. Our premise is plain: most businesses today use barely a fraction of what AI can already do — so we install the rest, organized around your business, answering to you, and run at a pace you set.
This isn't a bandwagon move. Years before AI was a category, our own site already ran an AI sales agent — it knew the business, switched between personalities, and pointed each visitor to the right package. We were building toward this long before the tools caught up. Now they have, and the same instinct is pointed at your business instead of ours.
Our approach reverses the usual order. We organize before we automate: we get your files, workflows, and key numbers in order first, then install only the AI that earns its place — on tools you control, with a control panel that shows everything running and lets you grant the system more autonomy at your own pace.
Owners don't need more hype, or another tool they'll never use. They need a senior hand to install it and keep them in control. The technology is genuinely new — our job is to make it calm, put it to work for your business, and leave you in control of it. That's the whole job.
The gap we're built to close is real but quiet. Almost every business now uses some AI, yet very few have rebuilt how they work around it. The tools are already in the building; the leverage usually isn't — and that's a craft problem, not a software problem.
We work with local clinics, trades, retailers, and service businesses across Northumberland and the nearby Durham, Peterborough, and Quinte areas, starting with a small number of hands-on partners in the region. This is home ground, not a market we parachuted into: our studio is in Cobourg, where Zsolt lives and works; co-founder Blake is genuinely local to Campbellford / Trent Hills; and Zsolt has deep roots in Peterborough, where he lived for years. Behind the work are two senior operators, backed by a curated network of expert developers we bring in per project. One founder brings 25 years of agency-side web and design craft, including campaigns produced behind the scenes for Fortune-500 brands.
If you're a local owner, we'll sit down for a 30-minute, no-pitch fit call to find where AI fits your business.
Direct access, no hand-offs — the people you meet are the people who do the work.

Workflow automation whisperer · Your guide
Blake is how the relationship starts and stays clear. He listens first, keeps the plan honest and jargon-free, and makes sure the work maps to what actually matters for your business. No account-manager telephone game — you talk to the person who owns the outcome.
Behind the two of us is a curated network of expert developers we've worked with for years. When a build calls for a specialist, we bring in the right one — so you get agency range without agency overhead, and the same two senior operators own the whole job start to finish.
