About this Site
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site"), operated by Loaded Concept ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
The Site is an informational and marketing website for our web and AI studio. We don't sell products or take payments through the Site. Any actual work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement (a proposal or contract) — these Terms cover the website itself, not that work.
Using the Site
You're welcome to view and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. Please don't:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
- try to break, overload, hack, or disrupt the Site or its security;
- scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale without our permission; or
- misuse the contact, booking, or newsletter forms — for example, spam, fake submissions, or impersonating someone else.
The contact form, booking scheduler, and newsletter
If you send us a message, book a call through the scheduler, or sign up for our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're allowed to use the email address you give us. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. The newsletter is opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Scheduler availability is not a binding service commitment; any client work still requires a separate written agreement.
Our content and intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, the “Loaded Concept” name and branding, the articles, and the promotional video — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse them without our written permission, except for normal personal viewing or sharing a link to a page.
Information, not professional advice
The content on the Site — including any articles, insights, or guides — is general information about AI and business, shared in good faith. It isn't professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Always get advice suited to your own circumstances before making decisions.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites — for example, our scheduler, social profiles, or sources we cite. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

You agree that the courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms. We operate from and serve Ontario, Canada.
